About the role
The Green Team Leader position at CHMS will be responsible for implementing sustainable practices and educating students about environmental issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs on sustainability for grades 6/7 students
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate environmental education into the curriculum
- Organize school-wide events promoting sustainability
- Maintain and update the school's recycling program
Requirements
- Appropriate Connecticut certification in environmental education or related field
- Experience working with middle school students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
