About the role
Responsible for leading a team of CHMS stipend employees in the Gold Team program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gold Team program.
- Ensure compliance with all CHMS stipend guidelines and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and student success.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Current employment with the Bristol Board of Education.
- Appropriate Connecticut certification.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience working with youth and/or education programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
