About the role

The Team Leader II, Facilities is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems, including steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems. This position leads and develops a team of facilities associates, driving performance through coaching, training, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. The role oversees building and grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production needs, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime. Additionally, the Team Leader partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and supports emergency preparedness and response initiatives, playing a key role in sustaining facility operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems (steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water).
• Lead and develop a team of facilities associates through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance to support production needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience (required).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license (required).

Pay

Pay Range: $83,849.00 - $104,550.00
