*Team Lead-Transportation

As a Team Lead, you will provide frontline leadership, support daily operations, coach team members, and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, lead by example, support employee development, and help ensure operational goals and patient experience standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to staff and performs duties of the area's major work functions.
• Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties.
• Develops and maintains the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources.
• Trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Ability to use tele tracking.
• Experience working in patient transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
