Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing staff
• Afford member service oversight to ensure all staff offer great customer experience
• Involvement in front desk tasks:
• Answering phone calls politely and helpfully
• Taking info calls
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates
• Greatly welcome and show potential members around the gym
• Handle member service inquiries and issues
• Support team member management and provide backup to Club Manager as needed
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Create and maintain a positive club image
• Oversee gym cleanliness and appearance
• Manage marketing efforts
• Inform team members about current promotions
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as necessary

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
