Team Lead - North Aurora Territory

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise team members on-site during projects
• Cookordination and support sorting, shooting, lotting, estate sales, cleanouts, packing, and resettling activities
• Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within labor expectations
• Communicate updates with clients, team members, and management
• Maintain safety standards and reinforce company policies and procedures
• Aid in training, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Help organize tools, supplies, and project logistics

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Comfortable lifting 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, smartphone, and basic computer skills
• Comfortable working in cluttered, dusty, or changing environments
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
