About the role
The role involves leading a community-based team in providing intensive family intervention services. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions designed to improve family dynamics and support mental health.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement family intervention plans based on individual client needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to families.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide supervision and training to team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all interventions and outcomes.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- At least 3 years of experience in family therapy or related field.
- Valid license to practice as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
