About the role

The role involves leading a community-based team in providing intensive family intervention services. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions designed to improve family dynamics and support mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement family intervention plans based on individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to families.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide supervision and training to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all interventions and outcomes.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • At least 3 years of experience in family therapy or related field.
  • Valid license to practice as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
