About the role

The Virtual Team Lead (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) - Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) is responsible for leading a team of therapists in providing intensive family intervention services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of intensive family intervention services to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Mentor and support staff in their professional development.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a mental health field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of [State Name].
