About the role
The role involves providing intensive family intervention services to support families in crisis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to assess family dynamics and needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement family intervention plans
- Document progress and communicate with clients and families regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in family therapy or social work
- Licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
