About the role
Responsible for leading an intensive family intervention program, focusing on LPC, LMFT, and LCSW professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide family intervention teams in providing support to families in crisis.
- Develop and implement family intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in family therapy or related field.
- Valid LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Therapeutic techniques for family intervention.
- Knowledge of family systems theory.
