Job Responsibilities
- Direct Client Services
- Build and maintain strong, therapeutic rapport with clients
- Facilitate structured group therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and crisis management strategies
- Apply CPI and de-escalation techniques during crisis situations
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with families, guardians, school personnel, and internal teams
- Participate in supervision, case consultations, and weekly treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with partners to meet individual and program goals
- Quality & Compliance
- Use data to inform treatment planning and clinical decisions
- Contribute to meeting quarterly quality and performance targets
- Maintain compliance with licensure, billing, and professional standards
- Active LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC licensure in the State of Ohio
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in office, school, and/or mental health treatment settings
- Ability to implement behavior modification strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, therapeutic environments with youth
- Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
