About the role

Enbridge is seeking a hardworking and experienced Team Lead Construction to join our team in Middletown, PA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of construction projects, delivering outstanding results while maintaining our strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide construction oversight and expertise during front-end development.
  • Develop and execute contracting strategies, including prime contracts, bid packages, and coordination with Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate field inspection, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), materials testing, and site services, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget management.
  • Support project teams with construction estimates, budgets, and facility/site selection.
  • Manage construction execution by tracking progress, resolving issues, and delivering clear progress reports.
  • Lead field teams, promote safety culture, support employee development, and ensure timely document turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field, or a combination of education and related pipeline/station construction or operations experience. Preference is given to degrees in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 6+ years of related experience in building, operations, or project management (9+ years required without a degree).
  • Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills using standards, modifications of standards, and previous experience.
  • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with other departments to achieve goals.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with some field work required.
  • Frequent scheduled travel (up to 50%) to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, and construction sites. Ability to travel and work throughout the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record (validated before hire).
  • Available outside of normal work hours to address technical, cost, safety, and environmental issues during active projects. Weekends and holidays may be required if urgency dictates.

Pay

Salary ranges from $105,000 – $145,000 USD annually for U.S. locations based on candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
