The Team Lead position at Rack Room Shoes involves assisting in store operations, providing leadership and training to staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create, establish, and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
• Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Conduct all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Manage sales, discounts, and refunds.
• Execute loyalty program open/closing procedures.
• Control inventory by adhering to policies and procedures related to shipping and receiving, price management, and damaged merchandise handling.
• Ensure sales floor merchandising and visual presentation align with company standards.
• Manage promotional events, materials, and signage.
• Manage payroll control by adhering to policies and procedures related to scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time & attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports by utilizing available training tools and reinforcing customer service standards.
• Manage loss prevention by protecting and controlling all company assets.

Qualifications
