Team Lead

Summary

Assists Supervisors in directing co-owners in the daily operation of the department. Motivates co-owners to have a positive team spirit and attitude. Works next to peers, providing resources and leading them to the correct conclusions and our processes. Shows true leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate co-owners to have a positive team spirit and attitude.
• Answer questions and direct to the correct answers if necessary.
• Operate in a safe, neat, and orderly manner.
• Maintain good attendance and dependability.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-owners.
• Complete assignments within established timelines.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed and be flexible with schedule.
• Be able to sit with upper management and work with new ideas.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English, with bi-lingual being a plus.
• Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Have strong organizational and research skills.
• Be willing to work in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Have excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Have knowledge of WMS and RF equipment.
