Team Lead

Job Purpose

To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

• Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
• One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee

Clearances

• Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints

Supervision Received

• The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager

Supervision Exercised

• The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees
