About the role

This role helps manage the daily operations of the Commissary and Trust Fund, from setting goals and developing procedures to coordinating activities and keeping programs on track. You'll help plan schedules and priorities, review budgets, monitor spending, and support the team by supervising staff. The work is guided by moderate supervision, with some room to use your own judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience leading commissary, warehouse, inventory, or retail operations, and demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff. They should be comfortable analyzing data and using metrics to boost efficiency, reduce shrinkage, and strengthen accountability.

• Familiarity with correctional operations, security procedures, or other highly regulated environments is helpful

Additional Information

Retiree salary will be 2.5% less than the posted salary. Travel is not required, but the position may make day trips. Outside applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment.
