Responsibilities
- Process, key, and track sick leave, FMLA, and Military Leave
- Receive and process medical and military orders
- Explain leave benefits to employees
- Key employee time
- Travel 25% – may spend 15 nights away per month
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited high school or earned a GED
- Detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or financial assistance
- Outside applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment
Qualifications
Human Resources experience is preferred.
