Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, including answering phone calls and emails
• Organize and maintain employee files
• Share updates on policies with unit administration and employees

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (preferred)
• Enjoy servicing employees (preferred)

Additional Information

• No travel required; position may make day trips but no overnight trips
• No work site visits
• No study material required
• No pre-service training academy required
• Not a hazardous duty/longevity position
