About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to manage core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to support both employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and sourcing candidates
- Onboarding new hires
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Benefits administration and compliance
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Supporting both employees and management
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
$20–$25 per hour
