Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide classification and compensation advice and guidance on multiple personnel systems, General Schedule (GS), Broad/Pay Band, and Federal Wage System (FWS).
- Provide strategic staffing advice and guidance to all levels of management.
- Provide advisory services to all levels of management on employee and labor relations.
- Develop and promote strategic training programs and services to the workforce.
- Conduct analyses on HR services for continuous improvement and streamline of services.
