About the role
This position is responsible for providing front-line office support, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting and signing in clients, and assisting both clients and the public with inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Utilizing Microsoft Office programs
- Scanning and handling confidential documents
- Processing payments
- Filing
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring compliance with office policies for records retention
- Shifting seamlessly between priorities and movement between various tasks as assigned to support smooth daily operations
- Variety of marginal duties to be determined and assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
- Six months full-time wage-earning customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support experience
