Job Overview

The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coach is responsible for working with children in placement to provide a large variety of services ranging from behavior management, crisis intervention, self-help skill building, and other services as needed to provide “whatever it takes” to make a successful placement for the child. The TBS Coach works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and is a part of the child’s treatment team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in behavioral science.
  • Experience: One year of experience with severely emotionally disturbed children or adults.

Driver Requirements

  • A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance, with a driving record that consistently meets the agency's eligibility policy.
