Our Tax Resourcing services support clients with direct and indirect tax needs, including provision processes, compliance, audit defense, planning, transaction-related initiatives, and broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations.

We are seeking tax professionals—including Certified Public Accountants, Tax Directors, Tax Associate Directors, Tax Senior Managers, Tax Managers, Tax Associate Managers, and Tax Senior Associates—who are looking to broaden their skill sets and gain valuable experiences to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant in a large CPA firm, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
  • Strong corporate compliance experience; partnership experience is a plus.
  • CPA certification or progression toward it is preferred.
  • Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associates to Associate Managers.
  • Strong computer desktop skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) are desirable.
  • Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
