About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, preferably in a management capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and supply chain management.
