About the role
This role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports store operations by managing associates and ensuring smooth customer service.
- Ensures inventory accuracy and efficient product flow within the store.
- Collaborates with store management to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
- Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
- Participates in cross-functional teams to address operational issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
