Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring smooth customer service and merchandise flow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Oversee employee performance and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
• Understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
