Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing
Job Summary
The Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing advises clients on transfer pricing implications, recommends actions, and ensures compliance with regulations. This role involves marketing, business development, and representing clients in tax disputes.
Responsibilities
- Completes financial analysis of intercompany transactions
- Identifies and frames issues for research
- Determines project scope, budgets, and timelines
- Drafts and presents presentations to clients
- Affirms clients' compliance with transfer pricing requirements
- Represents clients in tax authority disputes
- Develops and implements transfer pricing methods
- Applies transfer pricing regulations to tax provisions
- Reviews and updates tax provisions
- Manages engagements to meet project metrics
- Conducts detailed review of facts and issues
- Manages team workload and training
- Provides career development support
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least six years of transfer pricing experience
- Experience supervising professionals
- Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience working within a transfer pricing practice
- Experience supervising professionals
- Experience with tax provisions and transfer pricing
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
National Range: $94,500 - $189,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $94,500 - $189,000
Washington DC Range: $94,500 - $189,000
