Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing
Job Summary
The Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing advises clients on transfer pricing implications, recommends actions, and ensures compliance with regulations. This role involves marketing, business development, and representing clients before tax authorities.
Responsibilities
- Completes financial analysis for intercompany transactions, evaluates industry and client financial data
- Identifies and frames research issues, conducts research as necessary
- Determines project scope, budgets, and timelines, drafts and presents presentations
- Ensures client compliance, administers year-end transfer pricing reviews
- Applies IRS and OECD regulations, manages engagement to meet metrics
- Represents clients in tax authority disputes, utilizes expert resources
- Develops and recommends transfer pricing methods, analyzes client business data
- Applies transfer pricing in tax provisions, reviews tax provisions, partners with Assurance professionals
- Pitches service capabilities, prepares proposals, and creates training materials
- Uses tax research databases and software, manages team workload, trains and evaluates staff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Six or more years of prior experience, including transfer pricing experience
- Experience supervising professionals, applying knowledge of transfer pricing and tax provisions
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Benefits
Compensation range varies based on location, ranging from $94,500 to $189,000. Additional benefits include an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for advancement.
