Job Summary

The Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing advises clients on transfer pricing implications, recommends actions, and ensures compliance with regulations. This role involves marketing, business development, and representing clients in tax disputes.

Job Duties

Completes financial analysis for intercompany transactions
Evaluates industry and financial data to document intercompany pricing policies
Identifies and frames issues for research
Determines project scope, budgets, and timelines
Drafts and presents presentations to prospective clients
Administers economic analysis and final report preparation
Ensures client compliance with transfer pricing requirements
Proposes year-end transfer pricing reviews
Represents clients in tax authority disputes
Develops and recommends transfer pricing methods
Applies transfer pricing regulations to tax provisions
Reviews and analyzes tax provisions
Works on teams to summarize recent transfer pricing developments
Drafts tax alerts and creates presentations
Prepares training materials and conducts presentations
Uses tax research databases and software

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Advanced degree preferred
Six or more years of prior experience
Prior experience supervising professionals
Experience with transfer pricing and tax provisions
Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
