About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex tax credit transactions.
- Manage and mentor junior attorneys.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client success.
- Stay updated with changes in tax credit regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying.
- At least eight years of tax credit experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.

Pay
- Compensation range varies by location but ranges from $130,000 - $250,000 in Illinois and Minnesota, and $160,000 - $250,000 in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
