About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on tax credit strategies.
- Participate in the preparation and negotiation of tax credit transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax credit programs.
- Provide legal guidance on compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying.
- At least eight years of tax credit experience.
- Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
