About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on complex tax credit transactions
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing tax credits
- Provide legal guidance on federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and maximize benefits
- Prepare and review documentation related to tax credit transactions
- Advise clients on structuring deals to optimize tax credits
Requirements
- At least eight years of tax credit experience
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Compensation range: $130,000 - $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
