Tax Credit Senior Counsel

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing tax credits and other incentives for clients' projects.
• Assist clients in navigating complex tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review documentation related to tax credit applications and reporting.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on tax credit-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• At least eight years of tax credit experience.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
