Senior Officer – Warehouse

Experience: 1–2 years

• Support receiving, storage, and dispatch of warehouse inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock verification.
• Coordinate deliveries and loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, and security standards.
• Support warehouse maintenance and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Assistant Manager – Exports

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in export and local shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export and local shipment documentation.
• Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation and banking coordination.
• Generate commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with banks, shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Oracle ERP while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BS, or equivalent). Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of export operations, shipment documentation, L/Cs, and trade finance.
• Ability to prepare and manage export documentation independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
