• Training Executive: Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for the CFD team. Identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure team members have the necessary skills.
• Assistant Manager Planning: Oversee planning and scheduling activities for the CFD team. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
• Sr. Executive Field Engineer: Provide technical support and field engineering services. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Assistant Manager Early Detection & Early Response: Lead initiatives to proactively identify and address issues before they escalate. Monitor systems and data for early detection of issues.
• Sr. Executive Warranty: Manage warranty claims and processes. Review and process warranty claims, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Executive Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams. Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Invoicing Executive: Manage invoicing processes. Generate and process invoices, ensure accuracy and timeliness, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with finance and customers.

Requirements

Applicants should possess relevant education and experience in the automotive or related fields. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy are required.
