Operator CD

Company: BSP | Contract Type: Permanent | Reporting to: Manager Production

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and prepare production, materials, and machine setup.
  • Operate machines as per specifications while ensuring quality and documentation.
  • Minimize waste, meet AQL targets, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain safety and complete post-production material handling.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • DAE Electrical / Mechanical with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Finance Executive

Company: Packages Limited | Contract Type: Permanent | Reporting to: Manager Trade Finance

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor company’s cash flow and assist in preparing bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare, review, and process all import and export documentation.
  • Follow up with suppliers and customers for required documents & confirmations.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in financial reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with team.

WCM Manager – Paper & Board

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the site’s WCM strategy and transformation.
  • Drive WCM pillar deployment and capability building.
  • Improve operational excellence through continuous improvement.
  • Align WCM initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, digitalization, and engagement.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Lean/TPM/WCM/Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Assistant Manager Sales CD

  • MBA with 0-1 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and marketing.

Audit Associate (2 Positions)

Company: Packages Limited | Contract Type: Permanent | Reporting to: Cluster Head Internal Audit

Key Accountabilities

  • Execution of audit field work in line with the approved engagement plan within the agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance of internal Audit policies.
  • Execution of audits / report finalization.
  • Identify risk related to each observation and make appropriate recommendations for process improvement & future course of action to mitigate the risk involved.
  • Assist manager in investigations / special tasks.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • ACCA Affiliate / BSC Accounting & Finance.
  • 0-2 years of audit experience preferably in Financial Sector.
  • Internal Audit knowledge.
  • Good Presentation & Communications Skill.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
