Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, IT service operations, and enterprise support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations covering incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
• Oversee servers, storage, backups, and overall system availability.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain service continuity.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance practices.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, preferably ITIL.
• Hands-on experience in networking, Windows/Linux server administration, and datacenter operations.
• Exposure to cybersecurity practices, monitoring tools, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
