About the role

Sharif Group (Sharif Feed Mills), a leading name in Pakistan’s manufacturing and agribusiness sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager HR & Administration to join their team in Okara.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HR record management.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Manage disciplinary matters and ensure workplace discipline.
  • Oversee all administrative functions including office management, utilities, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure security, transport, housekeeping, and overall site administration.
  • Implement and monitor administrative policies and SOPs.
  • Cook up with internal departments for operational support.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA / BBA (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration).
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a manufacturing industry background.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing HR operations and administration.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
