About the role

Ismail Industries Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading confectionery and food manufacturing companies, is seeking a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships in the Islamabad region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
• Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Meet distributors and share plans to improve return on investment (ROI).
• Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.
• Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
• Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven sales experience; sector-specific FMCG sales experience is preferred.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to inspire teams through a positive and performance-driven mindset.
