About the role
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (R&D Formulation) will lead the development and technology transfer of pharmaceutical formulations, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations.
- Lead technology transfer activities to ensure smooth production processes.
- Ensure all operations adhere to GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
- Operate and maintain formulation and analytical equipment.
- Solve problems and troubleshoot issues related to product development.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong knowledge of formulation principles and pharmaceutical dosage forms.
- Hands-on experience in developing packaging materials for new products.
- Practical experience with technology transfer activities.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
