Manager – Training (Sales Force Effectiveness)
Qualifications
- MBBS / Pharm D
- At least 08 – 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
Work Responsibilities
- Develop & execute marketing strategies for assigned therapeutic areas and product portfolios.
- Design brand plans and promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals and market dynamics.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Identify training needs of field sales teams (SE, SSE, ASMs & Sr. ASM) through performance data and feedback.
- Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance.
- Conduct train the trainer programs and collaborate with regional trainers to ensure consistent delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through pre/post assessment and field impact analysis.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align training with performance goals.
- Cookordination with HR for competency mapping and career development paths for sales teams.
