Qualifications & Experience

For Assistant Manager Maintenance (Mechanical): DAE Mechanical / B.Tech, 2 to 3 years of related experience.

For Executive Supply Chain – Planning: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.

For Senior Executive / Executive Regulatory Affairs: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Work Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Maintenance (Mechanical)

  • Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks.
  • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
  • Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
  • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
  • Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.

Executive Supply Chain – Planning

  • Prepare short-term and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
  • Create and execute production plans, manage Local & Export orders, and coordinate with team to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Plan and schedule manufacturing batches considering product type, process flow via sequencing to reduce changeover time.
  • Ensure all required materials are available before production starts to avoid downtime or batch delays.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate reports on stock levels, shortages, and planning status.
  • Ensure alignment with sales and operations planning (S&OP).

Senior Executive / Executive Regulatory Affairs

  • Ensure regulatory compliance by completing the appropriate filings and documentation pertaining to product registrations/approvals/permits/re-registrations.
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with appropriate regulatory agencies.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Keep close track of regulatory changes and its implications on drug development and authorization process.
  • Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Have hands-on experience of ACTD and CTD dossier compilation.
  • Be well aware of ICH and WHO guidelines.
