Manager Engineering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and plans daily operations/repair of HVAC system and services
  • Responsible for the proper operation and services of compressors
  • Monitors and services boiler and its auxiliaries
  • Plans and executes utility projects
  • Builds strategy for smooth functioning of entire plant and facility
  • Facilitates production function to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Develops and implements maintenance schedules for manufacturing and service equipment
  • Troubleshoots all production and utility equipment
  • Upgrades process and production improvement projects
  • Supervises and motivates maintenance teams
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance planning and assigning jobs to maintenance

Medical Manager

Qualifications

  • MBBS
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in a similar capacity

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute marketing strategies for assigned therapeutic areas and product portfolios
  • Design brand plans and promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals and market dynamics
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies proactively
  • Identify training needs of field sales teams through performance data and feedback
  • Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs
  • Conduct train-the-trainer programs and collaborate with regional trainers
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through pre/post assessment and field impact analysis
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align training with performance goals
  • Coordinate with HR for competency mapping and career development paths
  • Support the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of medical projects
  • Manage logistics of medical affairs activities and engagements
  • Identify key individuals within prioritized institutions and develop relationships
  • Plan, execute, and track medical educational engagements with KOLs
  • Assist in approval of promotional materials, packaging, and BPI implementation
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, third parties, and vendors

Qualifications

  • PharmD
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance by completing appropriate filings and documentation for product registrations/approvals/permits/re-registrations
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with appropriate regulatory agencies
  • Manage multiple, large, and complex global regulatory submission projects
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Keep close track of regulatory changes and their implications on drug development & authorization
  • Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience of ACTD and CTD dossier compilation
  • Well aware of ICH and WHO guidelines

Procurement Executive (Engineering Items)

Qualifications

  • Diploma (DAE)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity

Responsibilities

  • Procure engineering items as per the company’s requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of all machinery and parts to cater to all urgencies
  • Monitor and follow up on the invoicing of all received supplies and support finance with regard to payables management
  • Expedite the procurement process without putting the integrity of master and transaction data at risk
  • Actively work to develop alternative suppliers for all critical and regularly procured items of engineering
  • Conduct material inspection according to PR, quality, and quantity
