About the role
Hilton Pharma is expanding its team and seeking qualified professionals for multiple positions in Karachi. These roles include Production (Sterile), Validation, and Quality Control (Stability).
Responsibilities
- Supervise manufacturing and packing operations in sterile production.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, EHS & QMS guidelines on the production floor.
- Maintain line clearance, in-process checks, and control losses/rejections.
- Develop and execute validation and qualification strategies in compliance with local and international CGMP requirements.
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of stability samples as per approved specifications.
- Maintain stability data, reports, and testing schedules in compliance with GLP & GDP.
- Collaborate with experienced teams dedicated to excellence and compliance.
Requirements
- Education: B. Pharm / Pharm D.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production (preferably sterile operations).
- Education: B.Pharm / Pharm-D or MSc Chemistry.
- Experience: 6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Education: MSc (Chemistry) or Pharm D.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control/stability.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and production documentation (BMR/BPR).
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines (BP, USP, EP, ICH & WHO).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, pH meter, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
