Key Responsibilities

Manager Utilities:

• Manage all aspects of plant utilities at the plant, ensuring operations meet the highest standards of EHS, Quality, and Efficiency.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of utility systems, including water, natural gas, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, and all types of chillers.
• Directly lead the Utilities team, coordinate with factory stakeholders, and manage repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan, monitor, and control annual operational and capital expenses.
• Monitor utility consumption using existing BMS and EMS systems to create energy management strategies and achieve year-on-year energy reduction targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety practices (lockout tagout, permit to work, PPE), conduct daily safety toolbox meetings, and maintain detailed documentation according to QMS and GMP policies.

Officer / Senior Officer QC (Stability):

• Perform chemical and physical analysis of stability samples as per approved specifications.
• Maintain stability data, reports, and testing schedules in compliance with GLP & GDP.
• Monitor climatic chambers and manage sample placement and withdrawal.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.

Assistant Manager Validation:

• Develop and execute validation and qualification strategies in compliance with local and international CGMP requirements.
• Lead equipment and process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ), cleaning validation, hold time studies, and CSV activities.
• Prepare and review validation protocols, reports, and master validation plans.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and cross-functional validation initiatives at plant level.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Manager Utilities:

• BE – Mechanical (Graduate Engineer) from a reputable engineering university.
• Experience: 10+ years, preferably with a pharmaceutical background.
• Strong knowledge of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations, water recycling, and the operation of air handling units, DX coils, dehumidifiers, and oil-free air compressors.
• Strong leadership, team building, hardworking, energetic, and excellent communication skills.

Officer / Senior Officer QC (Stability):

• MSc (Chemistry) or Pharm D.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control/stability.
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines (BP, USP, EP, ICH & WHO).
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, pH meter, and other analytical instruments.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Assistant Manager Validation:

• B-Pharm / Pharm-D or MSc Chemistry.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in validation and qualification of processes and equipment.
• Sound knowledge of WHO, EU GMP, PIC/S, and ICH regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
