Available Positions

• Senior Officer – Accounts: Manage daily bank updates, financial reporting, and monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare and process payment vouchers, handle vendor payments, and ensure proper tax documentation. Support tax compliance, prepare withholding tax statements, and coordinate with relevant departments. Organize and maintain financial records and assist in other accounts-related tasks.
• Assistant Manager – Accounts: Prepare financial statements and management reports. Manage accounts payable and general ledger activities. Administer the fixed asset module. Prepare comprehensive board packs and reports for quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) meetings. Maintain employee provident fund records and perform reconciliations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• QA / Halal Specialist: Implement and monitor Halal and Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, GMP, SOPs). Ensure compliance with BRCGS, Halal standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee Halal slaughtering and production activities as per Shariah guidelines. Manage documentation, audits, CAPAs, and certification requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Management Trainee IT – (Oracle Fusion Functional): Work on meaningful assignments in Oracle Fusion. Hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill development offered. Eligibility: Fresh Graduate (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent degree). Internship/project exposure will be an advantage. Competencies: Self-starter; takes initiative, proactive, quick learner. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of accounting, finance, and ERP processes. Team-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative. Ability to work on various modules and projects with flexibility. Strong attention to detail and process-focused.
• Management Trainee IT – (Oracle Fusion Technical): Work on meaningful assignments in Oracle Fusion. Hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill development offered. Eligibility: Fresh Graduate (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree). Internship/project exposure will be an advantage. Competencies: Self-starter; takes initiative, proactive, quick learner. Team-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative. Critical thinker and problem solver. Ability to work on various projects with flexibility. Comfortable collaborating with functional teams to understand business needs. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts.
