Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Strategically plan and execute operations for the distribution center.
- Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain open and effective communication within the workgroup and across the organization.
- Review and implement necessary actions based on data analysis.
- Manage profit and loss statements if required.
- Lead a proactive safety program to ensure a safe work environment.
- Instruct and enforce safety management plans and processes.
- Maintain and monitor equipment for the assigned workgroup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related fields.
- Five (5) years or more managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
- Three (3) years or more profit and loss responsibility preferred.
- One (1) year or more customer interaction experience preferred.

- Ability to effectively manage profit & loss statements (preferred).
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay
$95,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
Schedule
This operation requires a high degree of schedule flexibility, with shifts and coverage needs still being developed. Employees must be available to work additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands.
