Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Strategically plan and execute operations for the distribution center.
- Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain open and effective communication within the workgroup and across the organization.
- Review data, implement necessary actions, and manage profit and loss statements.
- Lead a proactive safety program, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Instruct and enforce safety management plans, train employees, and monitor equipment maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related fields.
- Five (5) years or more managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
- Three (3) years or more profit and loss responsibility preferred.
- One (1) year or more customer interaction experience preferred.

- Ability to effectively manage profit & loss statements may be necessary depending on the complexity and scope of the operation.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month.
- Annual Salary: $110,000.00 per year based on experience.
- Annual Bonus Incentive: Up to 10% or more of salary per year.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
