Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan and execute operations for the distribution center.
  • Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
  • Hire, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain open and effective communication within the workgroup and across the organization.
  • Review data, implement necessary actions, and manage profit and loss statements.
  • Lead a proactive safety program, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Instruct and enforce safety management plans, train employees, and monitor equipment maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
  • Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
  • Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related fields.
  • Five (5) years or more managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
  • Three (3) years or more profit and loss responsibility preferred.
  • One (1) year or more customer interaction experience preferred.

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Ability to create and develop an inclusive and engaged work environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage profit & loss statements may be necessary depending on the complexity and scope of the operation.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month.
  • Annual Salary: $110,000.00 per year based on experience.
  • Annual Bonus Incentive: Up to 10% or more of salary per year.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
