Tasting Room Associate
Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate in Woodinville, WA. This role is eligible for tips and requires evening and weekend availability. Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is the largest wine company in the Pacific Northwest, with a rich history dating back to 1933.
Responsibilities
- Be friendly, courteous, and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a professional and polite manner
- Learn product information to assist guests with making selections, purchases, and assisting with events
- Avoid the need for a resume
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- MUST have a MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit
- Must have 2+ years of customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and prioritization skills
- Knowledgeable about wine and wine industry
- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Flexible and available to work varied hours, including weekends
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk for extended periods of time
Compensation
$17.13 - $22.12 per hour based upon relevant experience
