Tasting Room Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare tasting/sampling rooms for seamless transitions throughout the day.
• Handle a fast-paced and busy environment while maintaining a professional and positive image.
• Plan and execute activities included in tasting room cycles, such as setting up for confirmed seatings, resetting rooms quickly for a premium experience, washing glassware and tasting boards, and wiping tables as needed.
• Stay updated on tour changes, special group needs, and event schedules.
• Coordinate with all necessary parties to ensure a seamless operation.
• Ensure guest expectations are met within company guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior banquet setup or hospitality events experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
